Chris Coloracci brings over two decades of extensive experience in managing advisors and financial branches as Alden’s head of Chief of Advisor Engagement.
Chris began his career with Smith Barney in 1995. After several years in production, he knew branch management was his destiny. He wanted financial advisors to see him as a collaborative partner and not a competitor, so he made the decision to join Prudential Securities in 1999 as a regional development manager, based out of Jacksonville, FL.
After just eight months with Prudential, Chris was promoted to branch manager of Ponte Vedra, FL. After some early recruiting success, he was promoted again to co-manager of the Jacksonville complex. Approximately six months later, he was offered the Jenkintown, PA branch. He quickly doubled the size of the Jenkintown branch. During this time, Prudential Securities was also acquired by Wachovia along the way.
In 2006, he was named the market manager for Philadelphia. He managed 14 offices and approximately 260 advisors. His team was consistently in the top 3 markets in the country. In 2008 Wachovia was acquired by Wells Fargo.
In 2010, Chris moved over to Oppenheimer and continued to build and grow branches and was named one of the Top 75 Branch Managers in the country in 2018.
Chris attended The College of Wooster, Ohio and graduated in with a B.A. in English. He has a Series 3,7,9,10,31,63,65 and Insurance license.
