Phinon is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
She is known for her expertise in driving positive client experiences, operational excellence, strategic engagement, and streamlined financial processes.
As the Chief Experience Officer at Alden Investment Group, Phinon’s role is to implement the firm’s vision and mission across its client and advisor-focused platform, leveraging her extensive background in wealth management and the family office space to elevate client experiences through optimized onboarding, comprehensive account servicing, data aggregation, and financial reporting. Her focus on delivering client-centric solutions and operational efficiencies is instrumental in supporting sustainable growth for advisors and enterprises.
Previously, Phinon held senior leadership roles at CoastalOne, Wilmington Family Office (a division of Wilmington Trust, now part of M&T Bank), and Wilmington Savings Fund Society Bank, where she led initiatives that consistently improved client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
In addition to her role at Alden, Phinon founded Peak Operations Group, an organization specializing in strategic management for family offices and advisor transitions. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science, History, and Technical Theatre from Coker University, bringing a multidimensional approach to her leadership. Her commitment to client success and operational rigor has positioned her as a trusted partner within the industry.
Outside of work, Phinon volunteers with the National Brain Tumor Society and serves on the Advisory Board for the YMCA of Delaware. Originally from Utah and South Carolina, she resides in Delaware with her husband and two children.
